Родился в 1969 году в Краснодаре. Окончил Краснодарское художественное училище и Кубанский государственный университет. Работает в особой технике с использованием масляной пастели, масла и акрила, сочетая символы массовой культуры и классические образцы из истории искусства. Работы Владимира Колесникова находятся в собраниях Капиталл-групп, Андрея Малахова, Фархада Ахмедова, Антона Белова, Владимира Некрасова и других. Также работает с галереей «11.12». Живёт и работает в Краснодаре.
